Just select your preferred method of assessment (below) and our experienced senior building designer will assess the relevant property based on your preferred intentions, and will contact you to provide comments (within 72 hours of receiving your instructions / confirmation).
Fees for services A & B are refundable where the site/project continues through to the full design & permit process with Design Equilibrium Pty Ltd.

'Available online tools' includes any or all of the following free web sites: Google maps, Google Earth, Findlotsize.com, Planning schemes online, & various Victorian state and local government public websites.

Assessments are based on planning regulations only, & the basic known physical site information available at the time of assessment, plus the general opinions of the building designer based on his/her own previous experiences. Information provided to the client does not constitute direct advice &/or instruction, and should only be used in conjunction with the recipients own views and opinions.

Certificates of title, Land surveys, flood levels & Covenants affecting the land will not be searched/obtained unless instructed in writing by the client, and are therefore not taken into account in any land assessment &/or verbal discussion.

Written reports & Schematic building envelopes will be provided in soft PDF format to a nominated email address. Hard copies if requested will incur additional printing & administration charges.
